With a Diploma in Computer Science from Munster Technological University, my career began in software testing before she quickly progressed into software support at EMC. Over two decades, I advanced from Level 1 Support Engineer to Director, steadily building a foundation in technical support, service management, and—above all—people-focused leadership. Throughout this journey, I've consistently adapted to the fast-paced evolution of technology, transforming challenges into opportunities for both my teams and the customers we serve.
I joined Trend Micro to lead their Premium Technical Support Team, leveraging my experience to drive high-impact support strategies and strengthen customer relationships in a rapidly changing industry.
Currently, as the leader of the Customer Support team at Park Place Technologies, I focus on fostering a collaborative, innovative environment where my team can excel in delivering top-tier support and keeping pace with the latest technological advancements.
